1. How soon will my order ship?
All orders are shipped within 24 hours. In most cases, if ordered before Noon EST, your order will ship same day.
2. How much is shipping?
The shipping rate depends on the product, quantity and destination. We have made it simple for you to calculate your shipping prior to checking out. Once you have added all your items into the shopping cart, enter your zip code and select which method you prefer, (i.e) Ground, overnight etc, then hit submit and your freight amount will appear in your total. You may also choose to select on your federal Express or ups shipping account if available.
3. How long will it take for me to receive my products? The below is based on Ground Shipping.
East Coast - 3-4 Days
South East 1-2 Days
Mid West (Southern) - 2-3 Days
Mid West (Northern) - 3-4 Days
West Coast - 4-5 Days
4. Why do I receive a message that my weight has exceeded the UPS/Federal Express capacity?
This is to ensure you receive the most economical shipping cost. Once shipments exceed 150lbs, most likely we would prefer to ship on truck line to save the customer money, therefore, we need to get a manual quote. You may proceed with your order and when we receive it, we will notify you what the freight amount will be.
5. What if I can't find the product I am looking for or I have a question on one of the products?

6. I can't find the specifications on one of your products? How tall or wide it is?
We are constantly updating our database to ensure you can locate all the information you need to determine if it is the right retail store fixtures, or sign holder for you. If the information is not there, please call us at 800-354-6303 to find out. We have all the answers you are looking for.
7. I need help assembling the fixture I ordered. Do you have assembly instructions?
We are in the process of updating the site to have a PDF instruction file on all our retail store fixtures, store shelves and garment racks. Until then, just email or call and we will be happy to send you one.
8. Why are your prices less than most online retail store fixtures stores?
We are a small family ran business, so we have the privilege to offer you the lowest prices, due to extremely low operating costs.
9. Can you fabricate custom fixtures as well?
